- 20-30 hours over 3-5 weeks
- Analysis of the current process and creation of a current state map
- A document outlining potential goals of process improvement
- Manager provides overview of current process and any relevant documentation to Professional
- Professional connects with the Manager for a brainstorming/overview session on potential improvements
- These may take place via phone calls, quick tours of the Organization, emails, etc.
- Professional analyzes gathered information and begins a thorough process review
- Professional provides initial Process Assessment and recommendations for improvement, including clear goals and desired outcomes
- Professional delivers a final scope of Process Improvement document with analysis of current process, current state map and recommendations for process redesign
